Find a Report Using its Unique Code
In the "Find Report Using a Unique Code" tab, you are required to enter the unique 16-digit recovery code provided for your submitted report.
After entering the code and clicking “Find Report,” you will be directed to the report environment, where you will find the information of the submitted report, its current status, and the option to communicate with the Responsible for Receiving and Monitoring Officer (R.P.M.O.). The R.P.M.O. may have left a message for you.
